The MA in Digital Communication and Innovation (taught in English) is designed as a continuation of the BA in Communication and Emerging Media, but it is open to students coming from other specializations as well.

Objectives of the programme

The program contributes to the training of professionals in the field of digital communication and innovation and provides essential courses for people passionate about the digital environment, social networks and other digital platforms. The Master's programme develops the knowledge and skills necessary to overcome barriers to innovation in the online environment, which is undergoing accelerated changes related to the rise of Artificial Intelligence and beyond. Students will be able to design innovative strategies for the digital transformation of communication.

Thus, the program contributes to the continued professionalization of a dynamic field, meeting the pressing requirements of the labor market.

Digital innovation – main trend in all fields

Digital technologies are shaping the world. Regardless of whether we are talking about private organizations, public institutions or NGOs, there is a well-defined trend towards digitization of all processes, including communication. The level of digital maturity in communication departments and agencies is increasing in terms of using external digital platforms to communicate with audiences and providing customized digital tools.

In this context, digital communication specialists must understand and critically evaluate the mechanisms of the digital ecosystem and adapt to its features. We are mainly referring to the need to constantly innovate to stay relevant (new tools, new platforms, new tactics).

The Master's in Digital Communication and Innovation aims to respond to these challenges and create specialists with a proactive and innovative approach to communication.

Profile of the MA in Digital Communication and Innovation
