Dorina Guţu is an associate professor, former dean of the Faculty of Management (SNSPA) (2009- 2011) and former executive director of Romanian-U.S. Fulbright Commission (2008-2011); expert evaluator of national and international projects (UEFISCDI, CNCSIS, National Science Fund of Bulgaria etc.); academic consultant for international academic programs (Fulbright, OSI etc.); Marie scholar Curie at Bradford University in the UK (2003) and Fulbright at Stanford University in the USA (2004); author of New Media (Tritonic Publishing House) and editor of Facebook, blogs and politics (Tritonic publishing house), Fulbright Ripple Effect on the International Education.
